Job Summary:
- Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm
- Location: Boon Keng
- Basic up to $3700
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with managers to assess team requirements and enhance productivity, while implementing effective recruitment strategies and managing candidate records.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, conduct probationary reviews, and ensure all employee records are accurate and comply with legal standards.
- Ensure adherence to Singapore employment laws and regulations, including those set by the Legal Services Regulatory Authority, Law Society, and Ministry of Manpower (MoM).
- Identify skill gaps, organize training programs, and support management in fostering accountability and performance within the team.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security, handle disciplinary procedures fairly, and stay informed about current market compensation and benefits.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Human Resource or related discipline
- Min 3 years of exp as a HR Executive
