We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a strong background in payment systems. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing payment solution projects, requiring solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of payment technologies and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee payment system projects from start to finish, including scope, resource planning, budgeting, and timelines.
- Develop project plans with clear milestones and risk management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and report financials.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
- Conduct post-project reviews and stay updated on payment technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated experience in managing payment system or fintech projects.
- Strong knowledge of payment technologies and security protocols.
- Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or other project management methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to perform standby duties as required.
