Job Description:
- Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring they comply with company policies.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Address employee grievances and manage disciplinary procedures.
- Supervise office supplies, facilities maintenance, and vendor management.
- Coordinate company events and meetings.
- Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned by Senior Management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, hiring, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, and relevant regulations (e.g., Ministry of Manpower).
- Experience with HR software, databases, and utilizing metrics to evaluate HR performance. QuickHR HR system is a plus
