- Responsible for the development of programmes, baseline management and progress updates.
- Involvement in developing and controlling the Project Work Schedule, such as building works, M&E, and Process Systems, from concept design to construction/installation to testing and commissioning.
- Calculate/Estimate the duration of each significant construction activity and the resource requirements.
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
- Prepare a technical submission for all tender submissions.
- Site planning, work schedule and monitoring site implementation progress.
- Prepare and oversee the RI/TOP schedule and ensure the handover process is properly managed.
- Prepare EOT claim
- Ad-hocs duties as assigned by supervisor or management
Requirements
- · Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction and/or equivalent
- · Min 3 years of experience in the construction industry
- · Proficiency in MS Project Planner and/or Primavera/Synchro
- · Experience in construction planning with building-related facility
