Responsibilities
- Supports project coordination and account management internally within each disciplines and partners (Creatives/Transcreation/Moving-Images/Agencies) to ensure timely campaign delivery
- Responsible for comprehensive and accurate Contact Report updates to clients/internally after meetings
- Able to work as a team and independently in sourcing and producing of production materials
Qualifications
- Provides excellent written and verbal business-communication skills
- Strong house-keeping skills for filing purposes.
- Proven problem-solving skills with creative and critical thinking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Software, (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge in video production (Primary to Post)
- Basic camera and lighting knowledge/photography, basic film video editing and animation is a plus
- The ideal candidate is a visual Jedi who knows what’s trending in Culture, Innovation and the Art of Influence
