Location: Redhill (Near MRT)
Working hours: 8.30am to 5.45pm (Mon to Fri)
Salary: $3,000 - $3,500
Job Type: 6 Months Contract
Responsibilities
- To ensure data accuracy during the transition from Microsoft AX to NAV (Trimit).
- Double-checking expense claims submitted by Service Engineers for accuracy and consistency.
- Making necessary amendments to expense claims within the NAV system if errors are found.
- Handling expense claims paid for by Service Engineers using personal cards or cash by creating and processing manual forms.
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree with finance experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft NAV (Trimit)
- Immediate starter
- Able to commit for 6 months
