Responsibilities:
- The project engineers would support migration activities from OnPrem Fileserver to SaaS Dropbox including but not limited to following.
- a) Assist in Roadshows and Workshops
- b) Assisting users during migration
- c) Preparing user guides and FAQs
- d) Guiding users on migration issues or Dropbox issues
- The project engineers should be proficient in communications and end-user management, capable to assist VIP/VVIP users.
- The engineer should be a trained Dropbox professional in end-user support. The engineer should have Dropbox accreditation badge for end-user support trainings.
