Salary: up to $4500 + 1 month completion bonus per year

Job Description:
1. Liaise with 3PL on all logistic arrangement/ issue for incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure on time delivery. Issue sales orders and billings for Singapore consignment businesses
2. Perform monthly stock balance reconciliation for consignment stock to Singapore distributor / Ecommerce enabler. To monitor, coordinate and perform inventory-related transactions in ERP system.
3. Process and follow up customer PO in APAC regions , including billing invoice, credit note and verify customer PO pricing, and highlight any discrepancy to sales. Follow up with finance of payment completion.
4. Maintain shipping records, including providing tracking or shipping history information to customer on request.
5. Ensure all shipping documentation and authorities approvals are in order prior the shipment of products.
6. Generate reports for internal management team and external customers, ie: inventory reports, accurate weekly sales reports, etc.
7. Any other duties assigned by Management from time to time
Job Requirements: Min Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business or similar w min 3 yrs of relevant sales support experience, preferably in medical device/pharmaceutical industries
