Job Description:
- Assist in arranging interviews with potential candidates and preparing relevant documentation for selected candidates
- Administer internal training portal for all employees
- Administer staff movement on the insurance portal and monthly report generation on claims history
- Submission of MOM quarterly surveys
- Assist in all staff claims-related matters
- Create and upkeep employees’ P-files
- Order stationery as and when required
- Responsible for petty cash management
- Undertake other ad-hoc assignments as and when required
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Degree of relevant discipline
