about the role
- Assist to support and ensure smooth daily operations which include areas like Trade Finance, Loans, Deposits, Payments and Remittance
- Ensure that SOPs are reviewed and updated
- Liaise with Senior Management as well as Korean-speaking counterparts and stakeholders on a daily basis
skills and experience required
- Minimum Degree in a relevant discipline
- At least 5 years of Operations experience within the Banking industry, with knowledge in either Trade Finance, Loans, and/or Remittance
- Good communications and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Korean language as this role requires you to liaise with Korean-speaking stakeholders on a daily basis
