We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team at PIL. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting the Transition PMO Head in the successful execution of the Shared Services agenda for Project Optima.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Transition PMO Head and stakeholders to implement the transition plan and achieve key project milestones.
  • Coordinate and oversee day-to-day project activities to ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather necessary information, address concerns, and ensure smooth workflow during the transition.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including timelines, progress reports, and issue logs.
  • Liaise with the selected vendor to facilitate a smooth transfer of processes, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
  • Assist in identifying potential risks and challenges associated with the project and contribute to the development of mitigation strategies.
  • Support the Transition PMO Head in implementing change management initiatives to ensure a positive transition experience.


MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on executing complex projects within specified timelines.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with the container shipping industry is a plus.

  • PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification.
