HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Full HR Spectrum: Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll processing, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
- Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure the best talent is attracted and retained.
- Payroll Management: Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Pass Applications: Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and comply with local labor laws.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries, manage employee relations issues, and support conflict resolution.
- MOM Compliance: Stay updated on Singapore's labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company’s HR practices are compliant with MOM guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment and payroll management.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore’s employment laws and MOM regulations.
- Experience with work pass applications and other MOM-related procedures.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the retail or beauty industry is a plus.
