Human Resource / Payroll Processing
· To assist and support departmental heads in recruitment matters
· To liaise with Payroll outsourced company on all Payroll matters including Overtime claims, Leaves, Reservists etc
· To maintain and handle all Leaves matters
· To perform Application and Renewal of Work Permits.
· To liaise with Insurance company to purchase Security bonds for migrant workers
· To prepare Letter of Appointment / Promotion / Re-designations and Termination matters.
· To work with Insurance company on all Insurance matters – both Company and Staff insurance
· To perform MOM declaration submission as required
· Any other tasks assigned
Accounts
· To provide support to the Accounting & Backroom Operation Department
· To record day-to-day financial transactions in Job Cost (Excel)
· To perform basic office tasks, such as scanning, filing, data entry etc
· Any other tasks assigned
· Prepare payments to suppliers and staff claims
