Position: Process Projects Engineer

We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a Process Engineer to support projects on-site with a client.
In summary, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising chemical and/or biochemical processes. You will require to assess processes, take measurements, and interpret data. Your expertise will lend a hand in tactical problem-solving, effective communication, and creating a progressive growth culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design new equipment as needed or redesign the process flow for improved efficiency.
- Develop specifications for process equipment and assist in FAT / SAT of related equipment as part of the new build-outs with minimal guidance.
- Oversee operations to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare incident and investigation reports during deviation investigations.
- Test, monitor and maintain equipment, including but limited to regular testing to adhere to regulatory frameworks and internal standards.
- Prepare routine and non-routine process and cleaning documents (SOP, batch sheets, white copies).
Requirements:
- Degree related to Science or Engineering.
- Good knowledge and experience of process activities in GMP facilities.
- At least 4 years of experience in qualification processes within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industries will be preferred.
