As a member of our family-owned business, you will be responsible for cross-functional collaboration, process mapping, project management, and providing support to stakeholders within the Asia Pacific region. This role is pivotal in enhancing our business operations through process simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement. As a Business Process Manager, you will
- lead the process improvement team in identifying, analysing, optimising business processes, developing and implementing strategies to streamline processes and create efficiencies across processes.
- design, document, and manage process improvement projects ensuring that a proper tracking process is in place from initiation to completion of projects.
- drive process improvement, measure performance, identify and mitigate process risks while also ensuring compliance through close collaboration with various cross-functional teams.
- develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationship and support the Learning and Development team in training documentation.
- provide first-level systems support to users within the Asia Pacific Region and when necessary, coordinate the second and third-level support from the Global headquarters to resolve and address issues and requirements.
- Monitor the progress of tickets for quality, performance, maintainability, and scalability through the Omni Tracker tool.
What you should bring along
- a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Procurement or any related field with at least eight years of experience in process management or a similar role.
- solid experience and knowledge of SAP ERP (MM) with a proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements.
