Duration: 11 months
Location: Bukit Panjang
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
- Strong project management skills to oversee the implementation, including requirement gathering, testing coordination, and rollout preparation.
- Proficiency in business analysis techniques to gather, document, and track functional, interface, and data requirements, as well as to support system configuration and optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate communication, and provide regular updates on issue resolution progress.
- Familiarity with agile development methodology for managing the implementation and testing activities.
- Experience in managing issue reporting channels, tracking issue resolution, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
- Proficient in written and verbal English
- Positive work attitude, motivated team player and committed to delivering quality work.
- Technical knowledge of IT project management and business analysis tools (MS Project, JIRA, Visio), agile methodologies, development platform (Pega, SQL, AWS, DevOps, CI/CD) will be useful.
