- Part Time $12 / Hour (Working from 9AM-1PM)
- Full Time: $1800 - $2000 (9AM-6PM)
- WFH: $70 / Claim (15-30 Claims per Month)
- Working Location : Kaki Bukit
Job Scope:
- Handle large Volumes of data and reports
- Ensure accuracy of computations within each claim form and across related forms
- Responsible for indexing, and verifying records accurately.
- Complete all daily tasks including the closing of the daily transaction.
- Submit Daily report to client (including preparation of the content for the report).
- Prepare purging report with RMA IT for the submission.
- Maintain accurate records including quality assurance, conversions, and tracking of documents.
- Transcription of records.
- Perform BCP with the team to achieve good result, include testing of the system and application at BCP site.
- Verify data of application details or appeal assessment.
- To provide assessment and recommendation on appeals.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned on the project.
Requirements:
- At least Diploma or Experience in Bill / Claim Processing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook,Excel, Word)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and meticulous
