In this role, you will spearhead the delivery of Data, Analytics and Machine Learning/AI projects. Leveraging your expertise in managing data-driven initiatives, you will transform AML capabilities, oversee financial crime compliance and projects, and drive unified process digitalization, all while embedding advanced AML and data analytics capabilities. You will define and execute the product roadmap, develop user journey maps and stakeholder engagement plans, and prepare and present detailed reports on project status and issues to management.
With a strong change mindset and influencing skills, you can manage multiple projects and stakeholders across technology, compliance, and senior management collaboratively and persuasively to deliver objectives effectively. You will implement automated data analytics using Python, create insightful dashboards with data visualization tools, and develop test plans while providing training to ensure a smooth transition to new processes and systems.
To be successful, you should have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, a minimum of 10 years working as a project manager or product owner, and be adept in either Waterfall or Agile methodologies. Hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing data analytics solutions using Python and data visualization tools such as Power BI, QlikView, or Tableau is essential.
