Project Safety Manager
a. Minimum 10 years of WSH experience in deep excavation works of
similar complexity, preferably 5 years with developer/main contractor.
b. Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a team of site safety
personnel.
c. Possess a Degree in Engineering, Workplace Safety & Health
Disciplines, or related qualifications.
d. Registered with MOM as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer and
have been practicing as WSHO for at least 5 years.
e. Has obtained certificate in development of a Risk Management
Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2) or equivalent.
f. Has obtained certificate in DfS appreciation course.
g. Good communication skills and a competent team leader
h. Conversant with all procedures in the Changi Aerodome Manual,
“Airside works Procedures Manual”, Airport Operational and Safety
(AOS) requirements”, and Workplace Safety & Health Manual. To make
conscious effort to be constantly updated on any subsequent revisions
to the above-mentioned manuals, procedures and all applicable airport
circulars
