About Job Position:

ATLAS is searching for a dynamic Events & Reservations Manager to lead our existing Reservations & Host teams and provide oversight to our retail offering. As a primary function, the role is to ensure the day-to-day reservation systems and procedures of our high-volume venue are maintained at an elevated level of guest service, befitting the quality of our in-venue experience.


To achieve this, you will need to manage not only the administrative responsibilities of our office-based team, leading by example, but also provide management and direction to our venue-based Host team.


You will be the primary contact to manage enquiries, sales and ownership of all Group Bookings in our designated and semi-private areas such as the Stage, as well as have the opportunity to offer the renowned ATLAS venue for full takeovers and fabulous bespoke Events, limited only by imagination!


We want an experienced hospitality leader who can provide a solutions orientated approach to maintaining and improving all aspects of our high touch service (in person or by other communication methods) while also increasing general guest numbers and our Events business conversions.


You will need a background in top-tier guest experience combined with high level competency of digital reservations systems (such as Seven Rooms) and exceptional administration skills. Previous Event management experience, whether large or small, is a must. However, a mature, methodical and detail-orientated approach to maintaining communication between guests and our wider ATLAS team to ensure seamless operations is considered a greater requirement for the role.


Supported by our existing, well-trained Host, Front of House and Kitchen team members, you will be tasked to increase our Group Bookings and Takeover Event business, as well as the refinement of our day-to-day reservation, guest service and retail experience. Additionally, you'll collaborate across departments (Bar, Floor and Kitchen) to deliver on all aspects of your guests’ requirements.
