An Industrial Real Estate U.S MNC with global presence across ten countries is looking for a Finance Executive to join their expanding team.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Accounts Associate will be responsible for full sets of accounts focusing on Accounts Payables (AP) and General Ledger (GL) entries, month-end closing, preparation of GST, and preparing audit documentations.
Successful candidates can expect to enjoy the close-knit atmosphere of the office for the established organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance of equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience with hands-on accounting, or audit
- Experience with Yardi is a strong advantage
- Experience with property industry or SGX listed companies is good to have
