Responsibilities:
- Responsible for recruiting all positions in the company, including posting job ads, fielding calls, responding to whatsapps , emails and arranging interviews
- Handling work pass-related matters (e.g. application, renewal, cancellation, levy waiver and appeal, etc.)
- Prepare and coordinate employee on-boarding/off-boarding process
- Administer staff attendance, leave benefits, staff welfare
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions
- Manage all insurance matters such as work injury compensation, public liability, foreign worker medical insurance etc
- In charge of all vehicle insurance, annual inspections, and processing all insurance claims for the company
- Handle vehicle accidents, insurance and third-party claims
- Prepare and submit reports, government survey returns, etc
- Double check that the data is entered correctly into the computer
- Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database, personnel files and other documents
- Participate in and contribute to company events
- Perform other job duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Words & Excel
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- More than 1 years’ experience in HR
- Well versed with the Employment Act and MOM policies will be priority
- Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered
