Job Description
As a Human Resources Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR function. You will be responsible for providing timely HR advice, managing recruitment processes, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate employee records.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries from line managers, providing accurate and timely information and advice.
- Manage the recruitment process for supervisory level and above positions across all brands and shared service functions.
- Oversee new hire onboarding procedures and departing employee offboarding processes.
- Administer work pass applications and renewals for foreign employees.
- Coordinate and manage annual and quarterly performance appraisal processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS) and P-files.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements by submitting necessary surveys.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field with at least 3 years of hands-on HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of local employment legislation.
