Looking for 1 x Singaporean Female Sales coordinator who is between 21-35 years old to fit our young team!
Job Details:
Monday-Friday (5 days work week)
*Should there be a need to work on weekends (for events etc), your time will be reimbursed as OT Pay or Time Off. Alternatively, off days will be changed to weekdays instead, depending on event requirement
Working Hours: 10am-6pm (8 hours)
Salary: $2,400-2,600/month + Comms + OT Pay!
Responsibilities:
-Clinching events
-Finding clients
-Reply emails and answering of calls/WhatsApp promptly
-Doing of quotation/invoice
-Liaising of events (liaising of driver, manpower, logistics, etc)
-Doing Overtime (only when required)
-Doing Event Jobs (Example: Popcorn & Candy Floss, Mending Game Stalls when required)
-Purchasing Items (only when required)
-Able to think on your feet & able to solve issues promptly
Qualifications
-At least a Diploma Certificate
-Good command of Chinese & English Language
-Knows how to use Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
-Able to write fluently in English
-Have prior experience in doing event/sales coordinator jobs
