Proposal Development:
· Lead the creation and submission of managed services proposals (RFI, RFP, ITT).
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, administration, business, marketing etc.) to align proposals with our strategic goals.
· Craft compelling proposals that address client needs and highlight our strengths.
Strategic Planning:
· Initiate proposal kick-off meetings to gather relevant information.
· Lead storyboarding sessions to outline proposal content.
· Coordinate with subject matter experts for accurate and impactful content.
Process Improvement:
· Implement best practices to enhance the proposal process.
· Maintain a comprehensive content library specific to managed services.
· Leverage automation tools for efficiency.
Timely Delivery:
· Manage proposal timelines to ensure on-time submission.
· Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
Content Management:
· Maintain a content management system (CMS) for proposal documentation.
· Organize standard responses, templates, and past submissions related to managed services.
Job Requirements
· Excellent project management skills to manage multiple proposals simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are efficiently utilized.
· Candidates with a robust background in sales or marketing are highly desired and having relevant experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) & MS industry is preferred.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.
· Ability to analyse client requirements and tailor proposals to meet those needs effectively.
· Ensuring accuracy and completeness in all proposal documents.
