We are looking for a F&B Operations Manager for our Chain Takeaway Kiosks concept. The candidate will be responsible in managing all operations and staff. The successful candidate will forecast, plan, and manage all F&B orders, staff, and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
Working Days: 5.5 days
Location: various location/ flexiwork arrangement
Description:
- Oversee the daily operations of the shops, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Supervise team members to ensure that all tasks assigned are according to expectations
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and cleanliness protocols.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and drive revenue.
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns and marketing events.
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Monitor and maintain the quality and consistency of all products served.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including scheduling, performance management, and providing ongoing coaching and development.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address issues, and recognize achievements.
- Tally outlets sales reports.
- Monitor and control operational expenses, including labor costs, food costs, and other expenditures.
- Analyze financial reports, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to achieve budgeted goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing F&B outlets and setting up a new brand/outlet.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive customer experience.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
- Ability to work shift hours, including weekends
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to liaise with English and Chinese speaking business associates
