F&B Services Operation Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a F&B Operations Manager for our Chain Takeaway Kiosks concept. The candidate will be responsible in managing all operations and staff. The successful candidate will forecast, plan, and manage all F&B orders, staff, and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.


Working Days: 5.5 days

Location: various location/ flexiwork arrangement

Description:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the shops, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Supervise team members to ensure that all tasks assigned are according to expectations
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and cleanliness protocols.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and drive revenue.
  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns and marketing events.
  • Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality and consistency of all products served.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including scheduling, performance management, and providing ongoing coaching and development.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address issues, and recognize achievements.
  • Tally outlets sales reports.
  • Monitor and control operational expenses, including labor costs, food costs, and other expenditures.
  • Analyze financial reports, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to achieve budgeted goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing F&B outlets and setting up a new brand/outlet.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive customer experience.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
  • Ability to work shift hours, including weekends
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to liaise with English and Chinese speaking business associates
