Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project roadmaps, gather requirements, define activities, and plan resources.
- Assist in all aspects of game development and publishing, collaborating closely with teams to meet deadlines.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
- Monitor project performance, report on progress, and maintain project management platforms.
- Lead QA testing, customer support, and live-ops activities to ensure project scope and quality standards are met.
- Plan and manage community engagement activities, including in-game events and tournaments.
- Conduct research and analysis on market trends, user behaviors, and competitor strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field / experience. *Bonus for PMP, Scrum Product Owner, or Scrum Master certifications.
- Proficiency in Agile, Lean, and Scrum methodologies.
- Proven experience in project management for game development, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
