The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering with a multinational corporation Semiconductor company to search for an In-House Recruiter
- Focus: Recruitment Activities – Post job ad, Sourcing, interviews, Hiring proposal, onboarding for new hires
- Office location: Singapore, West
- Working hours: Office Hours (Monday – Friday)
- This role will start off as contract position (12 months)
The Talent
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in any field
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure.
- Min Prefferably 2 years of recruiting experience in IT/ Engineering is an added advantage.
MAIN FUNCTIONS
Understand the headcount needs of the department and collaborate with hiring managers to determine the hiring requirements.
- Provide consultation and counseling to hiring managers on the recruitment process.
- Post advertisements and review applications to identify potential candidates.
- Source and contact passive candidates to expand the talent pool.
- Screen, assess, and present candidates to hiring managers, ensuring that applicants have a clear understanding of the job details.
- Collaborate with the service center to arrange interviews and ensure a flawless candidate experience.
- Plan and conduct weekend mass interviews to efficiently evaluate multiple candidates.
- Work on salary offer proposals and negotiate offers to successfully secure top talent.
- Follow up on onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the recruiting system.
