About Our Client
Our client is a leading player in the insurance industry and has a strong presence globally. They have been in operating in Asia Pacific for close to two decades and Singapore acts as their regional hub supporting close to 500 employees across 9 countries. They have a close-knitted and lean team in Singapore and is currently looking for a Regional Payroll Manager.
Job Description
You will be reporting to the Head of HR and work closely with the other HR team members with the following responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end payroll processes across Asia Pacific, ensuring that payroll data is accurate and provided in a timely manner
- Check and review payroll vendors
- Stay abreast on the latest regulations regarding payroll
- Proactively provide input to improve overall payroll process and be a key driver to assist the company to move towards payroll automation
- Supporting the Regional Compensation & Benefits Lead in C&B operational matters i.e. renewal of insurance providers, preparation of HR budget reports, preparation of financial statements relating to shares
The Successful Applicant
Candidates with at least 5-6 years of regional payroll management experience is needed. If you are collaborative and has a proactive approach to things, you will be able to thrive well in the company.
