- As the person in charge, you’ll help the site managers provide high-quality property management services and plan the site’s daily operational activities.
- You need to constantly wear your proactive hat as you will be responsible in the site’s upkeep and emergency/crisis management plans.

- Do you have a strong grip of BMSMA laws related to a condominium?
- Do you have two to three years’ experience in residential property management?
- Are you an ace in Microsoft Office Software and condominium management software?
