The Opportunity
Play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Akkodis' business in Singapore and the ASEAN region. As our Business Operations Specialist, you'll be the backbone of our back-office functions, collaborating closely with internal teams and external clients to drive operational excellence.
Main tasks include specifically:
1. Internal Operations:
· Consultant Management: Work closely with internal finance and HR teams to manage consultant onboarding, timesheets, offboarding processes as well as necessary follow up and team building activities.
· Invoice Management: Work closely with internal team to handle monthly invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to clients based on invoicing requirements of clients. Follow-up with clients on the receipt of the invoices.
· Operational Interface: Act as the point of contact for daily and monthly operational matters between Akkodis and our sister company or other partners.
2. External Client Support:
· Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client inquiries or concerns related to operations and processes.
· Compliance: Ensure all procedures are fully compliant with client requirements and internal standards.
· Process Alignment: Proactively work with clients to align processes and streamline operations.
3. Documentation & Records Management:
· Quotation & Marketing Materials: Maintain organized records of quotations, marketing materials, and other critical business documents.
· Document Control: Ensure all company files are properly stored, archived, and easily accessible.
· Data Management: Implement and maintain efficient systems for data collection and analysis.
· Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly closing reports to Finance, as well as other ad-hoc reports
Required Skills:

Required Experience
· At least 3-5 years of experience in business operations, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment.
· Language: Fluency in English and any additional language is a plus.
