Azqore is hiring a Project Manager who will take on the end-to-end management (initiation to deployment) of projects delivered and driven by KPIs\ (On-Time, On-Budget, On-Schedule and Quality).
Job Responsibilities:
-Prepare Business Cases with clear benefits and present to management for approval.
-Define detailed Project Plan - scope, budget, resources, timelines and other success factors, KPIs for the project and team
-Identify staffing requirements and liaise with various department.
-Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
-Report and escalate to management as needed
-Successfully manage the relationship with all internal/ external stakeholders
-Perform risk management to minimize project risks
-Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
-Adherence to Azqore Project Delivery Methodology.
Job Requirements
- 6 to 12+ yrs. min of relevant work experience as Project Lead or PM
-Worked on large multi-regional project deliveries.
- Solid track-record (minimum of 3 years) in delivering Private Banking/ Wealth Management projects.
-Good understanding and experience in project management and software.
-Development Life Cycle (SDLC) are necessary
-Possess strong verbal and presentation skills
-Experience in providing solutioning
- Conversant with both agile and waterfall delivery models.
- Change Management/ Change Request process.
Additional Requirements
- Proficient in writing use cases, visual modeling, business processes, business requirements and functional specification documentation.
- Previous experience on core banking product (Temenos-T24, Avaloq, Olympic etc) systems implementations for global clients.
- Extensive experience of business and technology change –identify, document, analyze and improve business and system processes and user journeys
- A passion for working in and developing a culture of collaboration, automation, improvement, sharing and excellence
- Teamwork for collaborating upon the production and the delivery of documents of the Azqore Project Delivery Methodology
