Role Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue. Your expertise in market analysis and client relationship management will be crucial in helping us achieve our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients and markets, and develop strategies to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning and identify trends and opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business development strategies and plans.
  • Proposal and Pitch Preparation: Prepare and present compelling proposals and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing our value proposition and solutions.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Education: Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in market analysis, data interpretation, and strategic planning.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
