Job Responsibilities
This position will report to the Head of HR.
Support the department head in managing and providing the full spectrum of HR support services.
Areas responsible include recruitment, performance management, training & development, compensation and benefits including payroll management & salary review, staff welfare and staff benefits, expatriate management (work pass application), employee relations, etc.
Requirements
· Minimum Degree holder
· At least 3 years of work experience as a HR Generalist in the banking industry
· A team player as well as able to work independently
· Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese as the incumbent needs to prepare and submit documents in Chinese to Head Office.
· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
