Tax / Accounting
- Assist in day to day operational accounting activities
- Ensure timely processing and posting of invoices into system accurately
- Maintain and control management accounts, general ledger and various sub-ledgers
- Assist in monthly reconciliation and month end closing
- Ensure accuracy in cost allocation in accordance to guidelines
- Assist with tax, gst reporting, liaise with corporate secretary, fund compliance/corporate governance matters
- Assist to prepare any statutory reports
Reporting / Audit
- Assist to identify and manage all risk and compliance issues/ breaches
- Assist COO to document/update corporate policies and guidelines in addition to trade operating procedures/SLA.
- Assist to identify new regulatory restrictions and perform required set-up under the Investment Monitoring Platform
- Assist to prepare financial and audit reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting
- Basic knowledge on financial products i.e Equities, Fixed Income and Derivatives
- MS office proficiency
- Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Team player, ability to multi task
