Duties & Responsibilities
1. Handles Accounts Payable
2. Match Supplier invoices with purchase orders/delivery order and prepare payment vouchers
3. Maintain and upkeep of all accounts payable invoices, debit/credit note
4. Allocate GL account codes to invoices and input into accounting system
5. Monitor and review supplier ledgers as well as creditors control account
6. Handles Accounts payable ageing analysis report
7. Prepare month-end reconciliations, prepayments, fixed assets schedules
8. Assist with Inventory count and continuous improvement in the processes
9. Assist with audit and other tasks as assigned by Superior
Requirements

• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Proficient in Microsoft office and preferably with Microsoft BC experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
