The goal of Business development is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and to build strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
· Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients.
· Identify potential high-value clients to build revenue growth.
· Maintain relationships with current and potential customers through regular communications.
· Work with external partners to build and grow relationship for leads generation.
· Work closely with the back-end team to develop service solutions based on customer needs.
· Conduct customer due diligence and KYC to ensure compliance of incorporation policies and processes.
· Perform any other ad hoc duties as and when required.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, finance and business
· Possess an outgoing personality with good communication skills
· Excellent written and communication skills in Chinese and English
· Good information collection, analysis and business planning skills
· Priority will be given to those with background in banking, finance or corporate consulting industry
· Decent, honest, careful and conscientious
Salary:
a) Business Development Executive (1 to 3 years of work experience):
SGD 4,000/month (significant performance commission)
b) Business Development Manager (more than 3 years of work experience):
SGD 5,000/month (significant performance commission)
