Our client, a Singapore-based research organisation with a strong focus on social trends and public opinion to join their growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting structured phone surveys and collecting of on public opinion and social trends
- Update responses into computer systems (Training will be provided)
Job Requirements:
- Min. GCE ‘O’ Level
- Effective telephone communication skills
- Able to handle situations in a calm & professional manner
- Proficient in English and one or more of the following languages – Chinese (Speak & Read) as required to liaise with Chinese speaking respondents
- Proficient in computer software
- Prior call-centre or phone interviewing or surveyor experience will be preferred
- Self-motivated and take a proactive approach to work
Working Hours: Monday to Friday / 4 Hours ONLY
x3 Afternoon - 12.30pm-430pm
x5 Evening -5.30pm-9.30pm
