Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bridal Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves direct interaction with brides, guiding them through gown selection, trial fittings, and providing consultation on various aspects of their wedding day. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about creating a magical and memorable experience for each bride.
Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with brides to understand their wedding vision and preferences.
- Provide comprehensive advice on wedding packages
- Assist brides with gown selection, providing recommendations based on their body type, preferred style, and wedding theme.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the store’s goals and profitability.
- Respond promptly and thoroughly to client inquiries, ensuring all questions are addressed with detailed information and a personal touch.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout their wedding planning process.
- Manage gown fittings, including gown adjustments and alterations coordination.
- Collaborate with other wedding service providers to ensure a cohesive and seamless experience for the bride.
- Keep abreast of the latest bridal trends and maintain up-to-date knowledge of our inventory.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in bridal sales or a closely related retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
- Deep passion for fashion and bridal trends.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays and retail hours (12 PM to 9 PM)
- Knowledge of various wedding services (photography, makeup, florals) is a plus.
- Able to multi-task and perform well in a fast paced environment.
- Female candidates required as assistance of female clients are required
- Candidates with Polytechnic diploma or equivalent are welcome to apply
