Our client is a leading healthcare provider in Singapore, providing comprehensive and integrated healthcare services to patients. The ideal candidate will become a valuable member of the Centre of Excellence (COE) Manpower Planning and Analytics (MP&A) Team.
Your new role
Utilizing HR automation systems and processes, this role will focus on designing and implementing innovative HR initiatives and streamlining processes to drive organizational success.
- Partner with relevant departments to design and develop a comprehensive Manpower Planning Tool, integrating various data sources and planning parameters to optimize manpower establishment.
- Investigate the potential for standardizing Institution manpower planning templates across all Job Groups, enabling scalability and efficiency.
- Engage with diverse stakeholders to understand operational planning needs, driving adoption and influencing the development of effective tools.
- Collaborate closely with the Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) committee to gain insight into long-term planning, supporting the cluster's expansion and growth demands.
- Participate in the annual manpower budgeting process, working closely with the team lead to leverage the manpower planning tool and inform budget decisions.
- Define and track key performance indicators, measuring progress toward desired business outcomes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to achieve optimal results.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Finance, Statistics, Human Resources, Economics, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR, with a preference for candidates having experience in Manpower Planning.
- Proven ability to multitask, work under pressure, and prioritize tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques is desirable.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders.
