In this role, the Human Resource Manager will play a vital part in shaping the hospital's human resource functions and contributing to its success.
Your new role
The Human Resource Manager will serve as a strategic HR Business Partner, collaborating closely with department leads and line managers to drive human resource initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategic manpower planning and resourcing solutions to attract top talent, ensure efficient onboarding, and optimize costs.
- Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring.
- Leading annual workforce planning, budgeting, and reporting efforts.
- Analyzing manpower data to inform strategic decisions.
- Delivering exceptional human resource operations, meeting service standards.
- Providing expert guidance on performance management to support a rigorous annual Total Performance Management Exercise.
- Offering proactive solutions to address challenges faced by leads and line managers.
- Undertaking additional projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
What you'll need to succeed
In this role, the Human Resource Manager will play a vital part in shaping the hospital's human resource functions, driving strategic growth, and fostering a high-performing workforce.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in human resources, with a preference for candidates having experience in the healthcare sector.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- A team-oriented approach, combined with the ability to work independently, think critically, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a meticulous approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to leverage these tools for data analysis, dashboard creation, and insightful reporting.
- Strong numerical skills, with a keen sense of accuracy and a talent for resolving complex problems.
