Role & Responsibilities
• Lead the delivery of school experience measurement programs, including collecting and analyzing information
from schools and driving initiatives to inform overall stakeholder experience.
• Collect, analyze and interpret data to support insights in the development of strategies that align with the
group’s overarching, sales and marketing strategies.
• Utilize statistical modelling to forecast trends, analyze customer research data (NPS, CSAT, CES etc.) to identify
key drivers of business growth, customer advocacy and retention.
• Develop reports and dashboards for market, consumer, and competitive insights to senior management that
advises strategic, tactical, and operational efforts.
• Conduct data cleaning, validation, modelling, and analysis based on project specs. (e.g., regression correlation,
significance testing etc.).
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity, support data requests and provide user support/troubleshooting for
dashboards and research platforms.
• Provide research guidance to school teams and support questionnaire design, translation, and survey
programming.
• Support the evaluation of new market entry opportunities and related due diligence processes to assess market
attractiveness, including analyzing demographic trends, competitive landscape, and potential demand for
educational services.
Qualifications:
· 1 to 3 years’ experience in similar functions (consumer research, business insights, data analytics)
· Graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
· Degree in a related field (Business Admin, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics)
· Fluency in English and Mandarin would be advantageous
Essential and preferred Skills:
• Strong competency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong data literacy and well versed with data structures and models.
• Foundational knowledge of DML / DQL languages such as SQL (MS SQL, MySQL).
• Foundational knowledge of Power BI.
• Good understanding of mathematical and statistical models.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills; attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally managing projects with multiple key stakeholders.
• Experience working in quantitative research preferred, Qualtrics or Forsta SaaS preferred.
• Experience with JavaScript or Python preferred.
