Working Days: 5-day work from Monday to Friday
Working hours : 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
Salary : $6000-$8000
Responsibilities:
- Take the lead and oversee the project team to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion of projects while meeting client and authority specifications.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, from initial design phases through to project finalization.
- Drive ongoing improvements in architectural services by thoroughly evaluating existing workflow practices alongside management.
- Cultivate and sustain positive working relationships with diverse stakeholders to foster lasting partnerships.
- Provide assistance in securing new business ventures.
- Offer guidance and supervision for the training and professional growth of team members.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience as a project architect.
- Possess a Degree in Architecture or accreditation with Professional Bodies like Board of Architects (BOA).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, Sketchup, Photoshop, and Enscape.
- Experience in both private and public residential projects.
