Finance Executive

Job Description:-

1. Accounts Payable and Receivable

• Process and verify progress claim to clients and subcontractors, ensuring that they align with the terms of contract and project milestones
• Assist in preparing and sending invoices to clients
• Track and follow up on outstanding payments and assisting to ensure timely collection of receivables
• Process and verify bills from suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring they match PO, DO and payment response
• Prepare and issue payment to suppliers and subcontractor

2. Financial Data

• Input financial transactions, including journals, invoices, bills, receipts and payment into accounting software
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
• Assist in preparing financial reports and maintain accurate documentation for audits and internal reviews

3. Banking, Expense and Tax Management

• Review and process employee expense/ claim
• Assist in reconciling bank statement
• Handle tax matter which would include quarterly GST preparing and filling

4. Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

1. Degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in finance, accounting
2. At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience with basic understanding of construction industry’s financial processes
3. Strong skills and proficient in MS Office
4. Basic knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
