RESPONSIBILITIES
The main role is on the Fixed Income side to develop the Credit, Rates and EM eCommerce strategy.
The candidate will also work closely, and back up other team members on the eFX side to ensure client business continuity leading to a more cross asset role and responsibilities. (no prior experience in eFX required)
Work with assigned sales teams to ensure knowledge of all existing clients follow client activity, providing an advisory service on electronic trading, trends, offerings
Respond to various request from clients related to products, on boarding process, events, documentation e.g. legal and commercial; Analyse, investigate, research, manage and resolve queries received from clients
Identify opportunities for new e-client acquisition and growing our client base by thorough prospecting, relationship management, referrals, cross-selling and attending external events/conferences
Develop and enhance relationships portals, vendors, ECNs etc that are relevant
Follow and manage discussions both with internal stakeholders, external counterparties and vendors in relation to an assigned Fixed Income product area with the aim of optimising the development and distribution of the given product.
Help to Define and implement a business plan to develop SG business
Produce reports to help better follow client activity, engage with trading and to provide input to track progress regionally.
Keep up to date with market developments and competitor intelligence to understand competitive threats and how to address them
PROFILE REQUIRED
Degree holder with major in Business, Mathematics, Finance, Economics or related discipline
Solid working experience in banking or financial industry, in sales related roles. eFI sales experience is preferred.
Strong planning, problem solving and stakeholder management skills
Strong banking sense and self-motivated with good analytical and project management skills and be able to work independently.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of English.
