We are a dynamic and growing player in the beauty and personal care industry, dedicated to bringing innovative products to market. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Regional Business Development Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Management: Oversee and manage products from our beauty and personal care principals, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Regional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and technical teams across Southeast Asia to drive sales growth for our product lines.
- Sales & Pricing Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales and pricing strategies to grow revenue and optimise margins.
- Sales Targets & Budgeting: Set and monitor sales targets and budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Track performance against these targets and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed goals.
- Project Management: Review and manage ongoing projects with the sales team and principals, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Inventory & Stock Planning: Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to plan and manage inventory levels.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and present trend analysis to guide business strategies and product development.
- Regional Support: Travel to regional offices to support sales teams during key meetings and presentations.
- Client Management: Take ownership of local sales accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Beauty & Personal Care industry.
- Education: Degree or diploma in Chemistry, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong interest and understanding of the Beauty & Personal Care industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Experience with Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage projects. Experience across multiple regions is a plus.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to regional Southeast Asian offices and/or beyond as required (~30%).
Reporting Structure:
This role reports directly to the Business Director.
