Responsibilities:
- Seek out and capitalize on new business opportunities for Managed Services within the Asia Pacific region.
- Formulate and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Engage with key clients to gain a deep understanding of their challenges and requirements.
- Showcase and position the company’s Managed Services as effective solutions to meet client needs.
- Partner with technical and operational teams to develop and present customized Managed Services solutions.
- Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are consistently met and satisfaction levels remain high.
- Act as the primary liaison for client inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues.
- Remain informed on industry trends and market dynamics related to Managed Services.
- Create and deliver persuasive proposals that clearly align with client needs and highlight the company’s strengths.
- Work closely with internal teams to guarantee accuracy and timely submission of proposals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Prior experience in solution-based sales is essential.
- Demonstrated success in business development and sales, particularly within the technology-driven Managed Services sector.
- Regional exposure is preferred and will be an advantage.
