Job Description
- Responsible for general administrative, data entry duties such as filing, answering enquiries, office stationery and more.
- Answering telephone calls and attend to walk-ins and online enquiries
- Provide customer service, communicate and coordinate between customers and the sales/service team.
- Provide administrative support in Day-to-day projects & sales documentation including costing sheets/sales quotation/ delivery order/ invoices/ shipping documents & purchase order using ERP software
- Source for material and negotiate the best price
- Liaise with forwarders, schedule deliveries, arrange shipment of orders accordingly
- Maintaining credit control and liaising with accounts department
- Handle all aspect of project co-ordination work
- Any other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
- Diploma in Business administration or related field
- Ability to exercise initiative, work independently, under pressure and a good team player
- Familiar with shipping terms and arrangements
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience sales/ procurement / logistics support
- Immediate availability or can start work within short notice will be of great advantage
