Job Title: Sales Consultant – Digital Solutions


Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Sales Consultant to join our team full-time, specializing in selling Digital Solutions including mobile app & website development services, SEO, Leads Generation. This role offers a competitive basic salary and a high commission structure, providing a rewarding opportunity for experienced sales professionals to drive business growth and achieve financial success.


Responsibilities:

(1) Prospecting and Lead Generation:

· Independently identify and pursue potential clients through various channels.

· Build and maintain a steady pipeline of potential sales opportunities.

(2) Client Consultation:

· Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' business needs and goals.

· Provide expert advice on digital solutions.

(3) Proposal Development:

· Collaborate with the technical team to create customized project proposals.

· Clearly outline project scopes, deliverables, and associated costs.

(4) Negotiation and Closing:

· Engage in effective negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

· Close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.

(5) Relationship Management:

· Link clients to the project management team to execute projects.

· Foster positive relationships with clients throughout project lifecycles.

· Ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

(6) Communication:

· Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns.

· Collaborate closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.


Qualifications:

· Proven track record in sales, particularly in the IT or digital solutions sector.

· Thorough understanding of mobile app and website functions/benefits.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

· Results-driven with a history of achieving or surpassing sales goals.

· Familiarity with CRM tools to manage sales funnel.


Requirements:

· Access to SME business owners or marketing departments.

· Portfolio of successful sales projects.

· Availability for client meetings and discussions as needed.

· Commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients.
