As the Regional Head of Growth, you are responsible for creating and implementing a successful expansion strategy through all channels to drive and optimize omni-growth and profitability across the region.
In this role, you deliver short-term and long-term business goals through securing financial sales channels as well as new business models and opportunities, and you perpetually seek new ways of working with our brand ID in mind.
What you will do:
- Secure and deliver a successful growth and expansion strategy for COS in APAC for all sales channels, short and long term in line with the business goals
- Create development for our own channels as well as new business models and opportunities such as different marketplaces and new revenue streams
- Co-create with the Head of Growth and with the Regional Managing Director to align expansion strategy and set short and long-term targets with omni strategy in mind
- Develop and manage the online expansion strategy together with the online teams and market launch projects
- Manage all stakeholders to co-ordinate Market Entry preparation, collaborating with Brand/Market/Global Expansion
- Identify ideas, strategize Growth and Business opportunities to evolve and grow the COS brand within the region and proactively work to create a pipeline for future growth
- Travel to verify, review, and make decisions on new locations/markets, in line with the overall expansion strategy, securing full growth potential and expansion targets
- Drive expansion within the Key Cities strategies workstream delivering a robust plan around store portfolio and future investment to maximise omni surplus and customer experience
- Evaluate proposed business cases: location, layout, commerciality (analyze commercial viability of proposed locations, provide market analyses, one-side-conditions)

What you need to succeed
- Previous experience working in a business development, leasing or expansion with excellent understanding of both store and digital channels in APAC retail
- Excellent stakeholders and P&L management
- Knowledge of and past experience negotiating contracts with third parties
- Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills.
